A combination of concierge night support, on-site and floating support is available to all residents.

Are managing their mild to moderate mental health with external support and clinicians.

Are managing their neurodiversity needs with external support and clinicians

Experience mild to moderate learning needs

Have experienced mild drug and alcohol issues and are recovering and engaged with external support

Are engaged with full time education and/or work

Have experienced trauma and offending behaviour

Are engaging and working well with criminal justice interventions/YOT, YOS

What support do we offer?

At SK Real we offer support and guidance to young people who are making the next step towards independence and a stable
future.

Our aim is to provide young people with an environment where they are safe to be themselves and continue to build a bright
future for themselves.

Our support team are there to help them develop their living skills, cooking and cleaning skills to ensure that our young people
are able to care for themselves, and their surroundings. In addition, we provide support around managing finances, budgeting,
and building on financial intelligence for the future. Our young people are supported to further their education and enter into the
world of work, and we work alongside them to plan their goals for the future.
